Whether you’re prepping for an event or just want that extra boost of confidence (highly recommended), spray tans are one of those beauty upgrades that instantly changes how you feel. Pro tip: We always recommend booking your spray tan two days before your event. This gives the color time to fully develop and settle into its most natural tone.

Prep like a pro

A perfect spray tan starts before you even step into the appointment.

• Exfoliate your skin 24 hours before (focus on dry areas like elbows, knees, and ankles)

• Avoid lotions, oils, deodorant, and perfume the day of your tan

• Shave or wax at least 24 hours prior. Clean, dry skin = the smoothest, most even result

  What to wear

  Loose, dark clothing is your best friend post-tan. Think oversized tee, sweats, or anything that won’t cling or rub against your skin. Skip tight bras, leggings, or anything restrictive. You want your tan to develop undisturbed.

  When to rinse

  This depends on the solution you choose:

• Classic (Normal) Solution: Rinse after 8–12 hours

• Rapid Solution: Rinse anywhere from 1–5 hours depending on how deep you want your

  tan
