Raindrop Therapy

Reiki is an energy healing modality in which the Reiki Master will use gentle hand movements with the intention to guide the flow of healthy energy or Reiki (life force energy) through the client's body to reduce stress and promote healing. THai Massage

This healing modality combines compression, passive stretching & acupressure to release blocked energy and free the body's healing potential, restoring a sense of balance. The therapist will position your body into yoga-like postures while lying flat or sometimes seated.
You will remain fully clothed for this specific massage. Choose from a 60 or 90 min option.
Body Stretching

One-on-one session aimed to target areas of concern to increase flexibility and range of motion and provide relief. Stretching may help you improve your range of motion and decrease your risk of injury, among other benefits.

Comfort Zone “Thermal Mud Detox”

An intensive treatment with mineral-rich thermal waters of Montalcino in Tuscany, with detoxifying and anti-cellulite actions. A blend of essential oils encourages a profound purification of the tissues, while the fucus and laminaria algae promote lipolytic action.
