SALON POLICIES

AT MODA BEAUTY BAR,

we understand that sometimes life gets in the way of our self care time. If for any reason you need to cancel or reschedule an upcoming reservation, our front desk team will work with you to find the best possible date and time to accommodate this change. Please read the following information carefully prior to visiting us for your reservation.

Making your Reservation

When making a reservation with us, a credit or debit card is required to be on file in order to hold the reservation. This card is not charged prior to your reservation, this is simply used to reserve your service.

Cancellation/No Show Policy

If for any reason you need to cancel an upcoming reservation with us we require at least a 24 hour notice prior to cancellation. If the cancellation falls within less than a 24 hour window or you fail to notify us at all, we reserve the right to charge the credit card on file a $25 service fee if it is a service that is 60 minutes or less. If the service duration is booked for anything over 60 minutes and the cancellation falls within less than a 24 hour window or you fail to notify us at all, we reserve the right to charge the card on file $50 per hour booked.

After 2 no call, no show incidents we will not be able to book your service unless it has been paid in full.


Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time for our providers, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. 

Spa Policy

We understand that many of our clients are parents and sometimes cannot leave their children at home while you enjoy some much needed self care time. In this event we do allow children within our salon, however they must be accompanied by an adult. This means minors cannot be left in our waiting area unattended. There are certain services we cannot accommodate children for as well, as the duration is too great and the requirements of the service do not allow us to make that accommodation.

If you have any of these reservations scheduled with us and are no longer able to make it to your service, please call us as soon as possible as we do require a 24 hour notice to cancel any reservation. 

Late Arrivals

Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your service or at the start of your service time. Time is very important and late arrivals for a reservation may result in an adjustment to your service. If we must shorten the service time, you will still be charged the total amount for the service booked. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may have to reschedule your appointment at a later date.

Refund Policy

Products: All of our products at Moda Beauty Bar are top of the line quality. If for some reason you need to return an item we can accept the item back in the form of store credit. The product must be unopened/unused and you must present your original receipt. (Receipts are most often sent via email.)

Services: Our employees pride themselves in providing you with exceptional service and excellent customer care, therefore at Moda Beauty Bar we do not issue refunds on services. However, should you have any questions or concerns about the service you have received in the salon, please notify us within 48 hours of your service and send photos. If you are not satisfied with the work performed, we require that you return to the salon so that the service done can be visually inspected. At that time, we will make every effort to make any adjustments to your satisfaction by rescheduling you with the service provider who performed the initial service. Adjustments are made available to you at no cost only within two days of the initial service.

Lash Policy

Unfortunately, lash extensions are not for everyone, as everyone has different lifestyles, lash strength, as well as many other factors that could potentially affect your personal retention. We wish this beauty enhancement would work perfectly for everyone, but unfortunately sometimes that just isn't the case. Due to this occurrence, if you fail to hold retention after seeing us for a fix after your initial reservation, we are unable to offer any further refunds or discounts. If you experience excessive fall out or are unhappy with the service provided we require a 24-48 HOUR NOTICE after the initial service, as well as photos within this time period. If there is a retention issue on our end that would be noticeable within the first 48 hours. 

Brow Policy

Regarding tint/henna services, depending on lifestyle, aftercare, and skin type, the duration of the pigment will differ from client to client. We cannot guarantee the tint will hold for a certain amount of time, because of this we cannot offer refunds or discounts. If you have any issues after your initial reservation with us please contact us within 24-48 hours.
