Moda Beauty Bar is one of the only salons in Northwest Indiana to offer hands-on compensated training to aspiring beauty professionals in both the cosmetology and esthetics fields. Education is centered around the latest and most sought out services in the industry.
Associates follow a handbook with a structured curriculum that they are expected to complete in phases with close, hands-on guidance. All associates are educated on our top-of-the-line products and leading industry machines.
This program is fit for both new and experienced providers. It ensures, no matter their level of prior experience, that they are given the tools and knowledge they need to grow and succeed in their careers.

A NEW ERA UNLOCKED
Once our associates complete all phases of their handbook, they are celebrated as a Level 1 provider and are ready to take clients. And it’s only up from there!
Our salon offers five different levels of expertise, giving our employees opportunities to continue to grow within their industry and become a master at their craft.
There is even an opportunity to become an advisor and mentor incoming associates who are in or have recently graduated cosmetology school.
All advancements are celebrated within the salon by peers and management. With each level advancement comes price increases on the services they provide, allowing them the opportunity to grow not only their expertise in the field, but also their income.
